If you have been trying to access the site, you won’t be able to until 19th December. It is unforturnate that right after its first birthday celebration, the site is under DDOS attacks. This usually means someone out there is trying to crash XLO site. I hope XLO will survive these attacks and the admin, Andy, has made the right choice by taking XLO off for a few days break.
